{"id":6576,"date":"2025-01-30T20:00:26","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T20:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tradetrovex.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/30\/starbucks-announces-several-changes-including-plans-to-cut-some-menu-items\/"},"modified":"2025-01-30T20:00:26","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T20:00:26","slug":"starbucks-announces-several-changes-including-plans-to-cut-some-menu-items","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tradetrovex.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/30\/starbucks-announces-several-changes-including-plans-to-cut-some-menu-items\/","title":{"rendered":"Starbucks announces several changes, including plans to cut some menu items"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"body-graf\">Starbucks announced several changes, including its plan to cut some items from the food and drink menu. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-graf\">\u2018We\u2019ve taken steps to refocus the business, our mission and our marketing to better align with our identity as a coffee company,\u2019 Starbucks chairman and CEO Brian Niccol said Tuesday. \u2018We\u2019re relying less on discounts to drive customer traffic and doing more to demonstrate our value.\u2019 <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p class=\"body-graf\">Niccol did not say which food and drink items would be leaving. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-graf\">Among other changes, the coffeehouse chain is no longer charging extra for nondairy milk, will reintroduce the coffee condiment bar and will provide ceramic mugs to customers who dine in-store. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-graf\">These changes are in an effort \u2018to re-establish Starbucks as the community coffeehouse and improve the caf\u00e9 experience,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"endmark body-graf\">A Starbucks spokesperson said customers who want to enjoy their beverage at the establishment will receive the drink in a ceramic mug, glass or in their clean personal cup.
